Communication & Transparency
Feedback is part of everyday life and cannot be just a one-off event to meet standards. We help and encourage people to maintain active communication, with transparency, respect and without red tape. We know that not everyone is used to feedback and that it can be challenging especially for newcomers or for those who come from different cultures, and who may feel intimidated. However, for Tenchi, this is part of our culture, it strengthens us individually and collectively.
