Opt Out of Zanshin Security Scanning

If you prefer to exclude your assets from Zanshin’s security scans, please contact us.

Include the domain names and/or IP ranges, in CIDR notation, that you want excluded; contact number (containing the country and area code), along with a corporate email address.

Send your request to: opt-out@tenchisecurity.com, with the subject line: "Zanshin Opt-Out Request"

• Requests are reviewed and processed within two business days of receipt.
• Approved assets are removed from the scanning scope and excluded from all subsequent assessments.
• The exclusion covers every subdomain of each domain listed and every address within each CIDR block listed.
• Requests must be submitted by the asset owner or a representative formally authorized to act on their behalf.
• A corporate email address is required; Tenchi Security uses it to confirm ownership and to communicate about this request. Please note that additional verification steps may be necessary in some cases.
• The exclusion remains in effect until you ask us to reinstate scanning, which you may do at any time.

Please note: once excluded, these assets stop receiving security notifications from Zanshin. Vulnerabilities affecting them will no longer be detected or reported to you.
